SàFF – Social Action Film Festival is the first European social cinema festival co-produced with the third sector, created to explore — through film, audiovisual work and public debate — the social, cultural and economic transformations running across the Mediterranean.
Promoted by Apogeo ETS and Upside Production, SàFF builds a dialogue between the audiovisual industry, the third sector, academia, institutions and local communities, bringing together leading Italian and international figures from the worlds of culture and creativity.
The third edition of SàFF takes place from 5 to 10 October 2026 at the Complesso Monumentale di Donnaregina, in the heart of Naples' UNESCO-listed historic centre, with a programme of screenings, talks, masterclasses, networking sessions and events dedicated to social innovation.
A festival born in Naples and looking out to the Mediterranean, connecting stories, people and visions to imagine new models of development through the universal language of cinema.

Over 100 works telling the stories of regeneration across the Mediterranean.
Training and encounters with professionals, within the Audiovisual Napoli Hub project.
Performances, concerts and special moments to experience at the festival.
